ARE YOUR PRODUCTS NATURAL?

Yes, our products are made using natural, ethically sourced ingredients. Our products are free of fixatives, parabens, phthalates, sulfates, and synthetic or artificial fragrances.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS CRUELTY-FREE AND VEGAN?

Yes. Our products are never tested on animals, and most are vegan-friendly. Specific product pages will indicate if any contain beeswax or honey.

DO YOU USE ESSENTIAL OILS OR SYNTHETIC FRAGRANCES?

We use only pure essential oils and plant-based extracts for fragrance. No synthetic aroma chemicals or artificial fragrances are used.

HOW SHOULD I STORE NATURAL PRODUCTS?

Store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. All products are best used within 6–12 months of opening.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS UNISEX AND SAFE FOR ALL SKIN TYPES?

Our products are formulated to be gentle and suitable for most skin types. However, we recommend doing a patch test first and reviewing ingredient lists if you have specific allergies or sensitivities.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping within the United States typically takes 3–7 business days.

ARE YOUR PACKAGING MATERIALS SUSTAINABLE?

Yes, we prioritize eco-friendly packaging. Our containers are recyclable or reusable, and we use biodegradable and recyclable shipping materials.

WHERE AND HOW ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?

Our products are made by us, by hand at our workshop in the Hudson River Valley of New York State.

HOW DO YOU SOURCE YOUR INGREDIENTS?

Ethical sourcing is paramount to our business ethos. We source our ingredients from our own garden, as well as from other growers and suppliers who adhere to sustainable, fair trade practices, organic certification and ingredient transparency.

Shipping

We strive to get your 2 Note products to you as quickly and cost effectively as possible.

We ship USPS, allowing for the quickest possible shipping times, the best rates and peace of mind.

Shipping costs are based on rate & destination and are calculated during the checkout process.

We process orders Monday through Friday in the order they are received.

Returns

Our products are made to order, and cannot be returned or exchanged. This policy ensures the freshness and potency of our products. However, it is important to us that you enjoy using your products as much as we enjoy making them. If you are unsatisfied in any way please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to find an agreeable solution.

If you haven't tried the fragrance you wish to purchase, we suggest a sample first to be sure you're getting a fragrance you will be happy with.

Damages in shipping must be reported to the carrier and 2 Note within 3 days.
